1. Bookings and Cancellations

At TBK, we value your appointment and reserve the time exclusively for you. We understand that scheduling adjustments may sometimes be necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

• Late Cancellations: If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, TBK reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled treatment.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice will result in the full treatment cost being charged to the debit/credit card used to secure the appointment.

• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your session may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion, and you may forfeit your deposit.

2. Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Please note the following:

• Non-Refundable: All deposits are non-refundable.

• Transfer Policy: Deposits may be transferred to an alternative appointment date/time if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits cannot be transferred if less than 48 hours' notice is given.

• Forfeiture: In cases where less than 24 hours' notice is provided or the client fails to attend the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and the full treatment cost will be charged.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices for services are as stated on our website or as discussed during booking. TBK reserves the right to modify prices for any services at any time, although changes will not affect appointments already confirmed.

• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards. Payment must be made in full either prior to or on the day of the appointment.

• Late Payments: If full payment is not received within the specified timeframe, TBK reserves the right to withhold services, suspend future bookings, or take legal action to recover any outstanding balances.

4. Refunds

As a general policy, TBK does not provide refunds for any completed treatments. In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, please raise any concerns with us immediately, and we will aim to address the issue to your satisfaction.

• Deposit Refunds: As stated above, deposits are non-refundable except under extenuating circumstances, which are subject to the sole discretion of TBK management.

5. Health and Safety

• Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your treatment. TBK will not be held responsible for any adverse effects or complications resulting from undisclosed health conditions.

• Sanitation: TBK adheres to strict health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for all clients. Please follow all guidelines and notify us of any concerns you may have regarding the treatment environment.

6. Liability and Indemnity

• TBK’s Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and the success of your treatment, TBK cannot be held liable for any unforeseen outcomes or reactions, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or dissatisfaction with the final result. We encourage open communication before, during, and after your service to ensure the best possible outcome.

• Indemnification: By booking an appointment and receiving services, you agree to indemnify TBK, its employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of our services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Client Data: TBK takes your privacy seriously. We collect personal data such as your name, contact information, and payment details for the purposes of booking and administering treatments. This data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

• Communication: By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your booking, including appointment reminders and promotional offers. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

TBK reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically to ensure they are aware of any changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
